lyrics
Time's out, I'm in the red now
Can't hold me back, I got that
Red hot stare in my eyes, I wanna
BURN BURN
Poor out, all of the gas, I wanna
BURN BURN
set it off, light up a flare, I wanna
BURN BURN
set it off, throw a fit, watch it
BURN BURN
Eye for an eye, church for a soul
I'm setting the first fire in a holy war
It weeds out the weak
nurtures the pure
fire is the antidote
it's the cure
Red hot stare in my eyes, I wanna
BURN BURN
Poor out, all of the gas, I wanna
BURN BURN
set it off, light up a flare, I wanna
BURN BURN
set it off, throw a fit, watch it
BURN BURN
this beacon of fire, a call of distress
you had it coming, the village is next
fuck it
the show show is done, I'll drop the mic
too little gas to burn them all down
the smell of gasoline, my first smell of freedom
let me go or there will be an encore
i got that
Red hot stare in my eyes, I wanna
BURN BURN
Poor out, all of the gas, I wanna
BURN BURN
set it off, light up a flare, I wanna
BURN BURN
set it off, throw a fit, watch it
BURN BURN

Atena have pushed through to become the forefronters of norwegian metalcore as
well as proving there’s more than black metal that roams in the country by extensive touring through Europe.
With a deep inspiration from hip hop, classical composers and love for heavy music the band entwine these elements together with lyrics of darker episodes that occurs through life....more

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego

Not a fan of the new album but this Polaris album is just what I love about metalcore. Saw them live in CH last year and on stage they are amazing. If you're new to Polaris (doubt it) start here ! sachavonkarl74

I was quickly overwhelmed the moment I listened to "Interlude." Oriental atmosphere reminiscent of Egypt is very intertwined through all. Supreme Truth has something in common with Linkin Park's Meteora. Catsfist
